There will be two pools open, one for the Public participants and another for Polkastarter Token ($POLS) holders and liquidity providers. The whitelist form is the same for both pools. In the end we will cross check for any wallet address that holds +3,000 $POLS and Polkastarter liquidity providers for the POLS only pool.
Winner wallets are picked by a lottery draw system, after the Polkamarkets team carefully checks for valid ERC-20 addresses, bots addresses, valid Telegram handles and other possible cheating attempts.

Important Notices For Private-Sale Form Participants
If you filled the private-sale form you will have an extra advantage on the whitelist lottery. Please make sure you fill the whitelist form with the same wallet address you used on the private-sale form. Your entry will count twice, meaning that you will have double the chances of winning compared to other whitelist participants.
